The Statutory Right, or right for order withdrawal, is the client's right to return their received product without any reason or justification needed.
Our company accepts all return requests if the clients are using their Statutory right.
For a client to use the Statutory right, the following conditions must be filled:
- return request must be received within 14 days (30 days for Amazon orders) following the date of delivery of the product
- returned product must be returned in the same condition it was received by the client
If any of the above conditions is not filled, the client cannot use their Statutory right.
Also, please note that if a client chooses to use their Statutory right:
- return fees will be paid by the client
- shipping fees will not be refunded to the client (only the price of the product will be refunded)
- client must return the product within 14 days after receiving confirmation from our customer service that the return request has been validated (our customer service will send you our local return address as validation of return request)
If a client wishes to apply for a free return due to the following reasons:
- product is not suitable
- product is defective/damaged/not conform the online description
- product received is not the correct one
- parcel was delivered too late
Please note that the Statutory right will no longer be in effect, as our customer service will engage After Sales procedures, in which return fees will be paid by our company.
