[0024 0059] Garden Tool - Why the engine cannot start?

First of all, please check the video titled "How to start" in attachment, and try to start the engine by following the instructions.

If this video did not solve your problem, please know that there are many reasons to why the product does not start:

1. The pulley screw is broken:

When you rotate the pulley, you should feel some kind of resistance.
If you do not feel anything and it rotates too easily, it means the screw is broken ans needs to be replaced (please contact our Customer Service to receive spare parts).

2. The starter spring is broken:

If you cannot feel any resistance when you pull the starter, it means the spring is broken and needs to be replaced (please contact our Customer Service to receive spare parts).

3. The spark plug is loose:

When the spark plug is not screwed on tightly enough, the engine will not start. Please screw it on tightly and try to restart the product.
